Are you willing to share your deepest feelings with a stranger? What once seemed impossible can now be done in a safe and trusting space.
In Asian culture, sharing your deepest feelings with family or friends can often be a challenge. Although sharing improves mental health, not everyone has the right environment to be open and willing to share.
"Sharing In The Nest" was born by Soul Up in collaboration with Mai Hoa Thon Tra Quan to create such a space - a place where you can express all your thoughts and fatigue without having to face it alone. Here, you will experience two roles: the sharer and the listener.
🌟 When you share, you will be listened to without fear of judgment or interruption.
🌟 When you listen, you learn to listen completely, not giving advice, simply accepting and empathizing with what is heard.
